At Healthy Fish, we are committed to providing you with high-quality prepared fish products. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product does not meet our quality standards
  • The return request is verified and authorized by our team

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products (prepared fish), we maintain strict quality control measures. All refund requests must be reported immediately upon delivery.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there is any issue
  2. Send an email to healthyfishhh@gmail.com or call +91-9148-788-275
  3. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photographs of the product (if applicable)
  4. Our team will review your request and verify the issue
  5. Once authorized, your refund will be processed

Important: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery for perishable items.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request has been verified and authorized by our team:

  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of authorization
  • The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 4-6 working days, depending on your bank’s policy
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

5. Refund Method

For Online Payment Users:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase
  • This includes credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Users:

  • Refunds will be processed as credit to your Healthy Fish online wallet
  • Wallet credits can be used for any future purchases on our website
  • Wallet balance will be visible in your account dashboard

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or preference after delivery
  • Delay in delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer
  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Refund requests made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason

7. Product Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our prepared fish products, we do not accept physical returns. All refund requests will be processed based on photographic evidence and team verification.

No return shipping is applicable as products are not required to be shipped back.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched for delivery
  • Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible

9. Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our products. Every order undergoes quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Replace the product at no additional cost (subject to availability)
